Tracey Ellis

Coach, Positive psychology & carer advocate

Helping women who have spent years putting everyone else first make space for themselves again.

About

Through my own lived experience, my healthcare background and my training in coaching and positive psychology, I help women rediscover the woman behind the roles. For over 25 years, I have worked in healthcare, supporting people through change, uncertainty and some of life’s most challenging moments.Alongside my professional life, I understand what it means to carry responsibility at home too, as a mum, wife, daughter and parent of a child with a long-term health condition.I know how easy it is to become the capable one. The reliable one. The person who keeps everything going. You might not be falling apart. You might still be functioning, caring, working and showing up. But somewhere along the way, you may have started to feel less visible in your own life. That feeling sits at the heart of my coaching.I offer a calm, thoughtful and supportive space for women to pause, reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence and begin making choices that include them too.My approach is grounded in real life. It is not about quick fixes, perfection or becoming someone else. It is about making space to remember who you are, what matters to you, and what you need next.Because you are more than the roles you hold, the responsibilities you carry and the expectations you have learned to live up to.
